Spreading Sahaja Yoga
Part of the World Foundation’s mission is to facilitate the spreading of the teachings of Shri Mataji and the practice of Sahaja Yoga. We are, therefore, delighted to support an exciting new collaboration between three successful online courses. Together, they offer different opportunities to learn Sahaja Yoga and meditate online – whether live or self-paced.
Through this collaboration all three courses have already started and will continue to benefit from each other’s strengths and best practices. Journey of Self-discovery has, for example, been able to offer mentorship to their course participants by working together with the Let’s Meditate for 21 Days teams in Europe and the US. The 21 Days Europe course and WeMeditate can refer their meditators to in-depth courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels provided by the Journey of Self-discovery team.

WeMeditate
WeMeditate features three interconnected parts: the website, mobile app, and Sahaj Atlas.
- The website (wemeditate.com) offers guided meditations, articles, music, and in-depth knowledge about Sahaja Yoga.
- The app (iOS and Android) honours each seeker’s intent with meditations relevant to their journey. “Daily” offers guided meditations based on how the seeker feels emotionally and on vibrations; “The Path” is a course for going deeper, with meditations, articles, Shri Mataji’s talks streamed directly from Nirmala Vidya, and interactive content. The upcoming version will also bring “knowledge cards” explaining which chakras were worked on, a music section curated with prominent Sahaj musicians and artists, as well as challenges like “morning meditation for 7 days,” and more.
- Sahaj Atlas is a worldwide database ensuring seekers find local classes. Together, these tools guide seekers from discovery to Self-Realisation to joining their collective.

Let’s Meditate for 21 Days
The Let’s Meditate for 21 Days online course offers an intensive, powerful collective experience of meditation and transformation. It begins with a daily program for 21 days in a row, followed by 21 day sessions that meet once, twice or three times a week throughout the year.
Participants can join live on Zoom or YouTube, or watch the recording of any program.
The course content and materials developed in the U.S. have been offered in many languages. The focus is on achieving a state of thoughtless awareness, so meditators at all levels can join at any time. Explanations are kept to a minimum.
Every program has a topic with a 5 – 10 minute video excerpt of Shri Mataji’s talk, two guided meditations, live music, and a conversation among presenters about the topic.
Participants can meet with a Sahaja Yoga instructor one-on-one in a Zoom breakout room or through our mentoring program.
The great news is that many have stayed and are becoming established as Sahaja Yoga practitioners.

Journey of Self-Discovery
Designed to open the heart and satisfy the enquiring mind, Journey of Self-Discovery is a 3-module Sahaja Yoga meditation course of 12-week modules for beginners, intermediate and advanced meditators. The focus lies on ‘know yourself’. The course provides the rich knowledge of Sahaja Yoga, supported by recent scientific discoveries. Special emphasis is placed on the ego and superego, the importance of attention, vibrations, and collective consciousness.
Each session features two meditations and cleansing techniques for the subtle system. We dive deep into the week’s topic with presentations, video excerpts from Shri Mataji’s teachings and other supporting videos. Thanks to this new collaboration, we can now offer additional meditation opportunities during the week. And meditators can also request a mentor from the outset to help with their meditation practice.
Developed and fine-tuned in Amsterdam over the last eight years by an enthusiastic team of all ages, the course attracts meditators from around the world, both in person and online.
